The Bowmanville Older Adult Association (formerly the Clarington Older Adult Centre Board) is a registered charitable corporation (779 637 525 RR001). We have been actively engaged in the community for over 20 years with great success. Our membership of 1845 continues to grow and our location is 80 km east of Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Since September 1998, the older adults of Clarington have been calling the BOAA their home away from home. The Bowmanville Older Adult Association, a federally incorporated not for profit organization, was launched into action by founding board of directors, staff and volunteers after many hours of preparation and hard work. With our mission “to promote the health and happiness of older adults by providing opportunities to enhance their quality of life” we hope to enrich the lives of our members and guests with exceptional older adult services.
