We ask that all members consider donating to our local Food Bank this holiday season. Bring food donations if you are attending the Newcastle Santa Parade on Sunday, Nov. 20th at 5:30 pm. Many local families need our support.

RENEW YOUR MEMBERSHIP and UPDATE INFORMATION
Most members are to renew their membership by Dec. 31st, 2016.
The annual cost for 2017 will be $150. You will receive a notice of renewal soon. This includes your membership in the Canadian and Ontario Chambers of Commerce, listing in our annual printed Business Directory, access to business resources, advertising opportunities and member-to-member discounts. Check out the website to renew your membership for this year.
Our Chamber phone receives requests every week about local events and businesses. The local Welcome Wagon distributes our Directory to new residents of Newcastle and Bowmanville. We support our members on an ongoing basis and direct new inquiries to our Membership Directory online.

This year, the Chamber has donated support to the historic Newcastles of the World Conference, Canada Day, Remembrance Day, and the Newcastle Santa Parade. We are represented by our Vice President at the Joint Chambers/Boards of Trade Committee for Durham, and at the Clarington Board of Trade and Economic Development by one of our Directors.

Home Show 2017
Our annual Home Show will be April 29th & 30th at the Newcastle Arena. Consider renting a booth to promote your business and network with the local community. Contact us to reserve your space.
Annual General Meeting 2017
This coming year the Chamber AGM is changed to Thursday, Feb. 23, 2017 at the Newcastle Community Hall. Cost will be $20 pp. The balance of the dinner cost is absorbed by the Chamber.
